Contributions

1. December 19, 2025 – deadline for submitting the 2-page extended abstracts;
• January 9, 2026 – notification of acceptance for conference presentation (oral or poster);
2. January 16, 2026 – deadline for submitting an 1-page abstract - to be considered only for poster presentations;
• January 23, 2026 – notification of acceptance for conference presentation (poster).
• May 1, 2026 – program with abstracts available (will be sent to the registered participants by email).
3. May 29, 2026 – deadline for submitting 8-page contributions to the conference proceedings;
• September 1st, 2026 – notification of the accepted contributions for the conference proceedings for publication in Springer volume; possible suggestions for improvement;
• September 1st, 2026 – notification of acceptance for selected papers, to be extended and submitted to JMI.
4. September 29, 2026 – deadline for submitting the final version of the accepted contributions for the conference proceedings;
5. The authors of the papers selected for JMI will be informed in due time about the deadlines.

Registration and Payment

Start of on-line registration and payment: October 15, 2025

Early bird:

• registration deadline: March 15, 2026;
• payment deadline: March 15, 2026.

Regular:

• registration: from March 16, 2026 until May 3, 2026;
• payment deadline: May 3, 2026.
