- October 13, 2023 – deadline for submitting the 2-page extended abstracts;
- November 7, 2023 – notification of acceptance for conference presentation (oral or poster);
- November 10, 2023 – deadline for submitting an 1-page abstract - to be considered only for poster presentations;
- November 17, 2023 – notification of acceptance for conference presentation (poster).
- March 1, 2024 – program with abstracts available (it will be sent to the registered participants by email).
- March 29, 2024 – deadline for submitting 8-page contributions to the conference proceedings;
- July 1, 2024 – notification of the accepted contributions for the conference proceedings for publication in Springer volume; possible suggestions for improvement;
- July 1, 2024 – notification of acceptance for selected papers, to be extended and submitted to JMI.
- July 15 , 2024 – deadline for submitting the final version of the accepted contributions for the conference proceedings;
- The authors of the papers selected for JMI will be informed in due time about the deadlines.
Registration and Payment

Early bird:
- registration deadline: December 15, 2023;
- payment deadline: December 15, 2023.
Regular:
- registration: from December 16, 2023 until March 3, 2024;
- payment deadline: March 3, 2024.
