Registration and Payment

The registration fee covers participation in the conference, coffee breaks, lunches, the conference dinner, the reception on Sunday and the outing on Tuesday.

In order to attend SCEE 2020 you have to register and pay the conference fee. Only two steps are needed:

    1. Register (left menu).
      You will be able to check and change your data anytime prior to the registration deadline.

    2. Payment (left menu).
      You will be asked if you will present a paper or not, you will have to select weather you are a regular participant or a student, and then you will be redirected to payment. The transaction is managed by Mollie.
      If you are having problems paying by credit card or by other options offered on the payment page, please contact the organizers at info@scee-conferences.org. If you do not receive an automatic confirmation email about your payment, do not register and pay again! Just send an email to the organizers and they will check your status.

Cancellation policy

Any cancellation request or any other change has to be submitted by e-mail to info@scee-conferences.org. Cancellations received no later than December 31st, 2019 will receive a full refund less 50 Euro in processing charges. After January 1st, 2020 no refunds will be given. All refunds will be processed after the conference.

SCEE Young Scientist Award

Eligible contributors to SCEE 2020 (for details see the foundation awards page ) are invited to join the competition for the SCEE Young Scientist Award.

Please indicate that you are joining the competition during the registration process, at the Conference. Both oral and poster presenters are welcome to register for this competition.

The laureate will receive a diploma and a cash prize of 1000 EURO.

SCEE 2020 Grants

The SCEE foundation will generously sponsor the registration fee for some distinguished master students or doctoral researchers, who will be selected by the SCEE 2020 organizers. For details, please see the foundation grants page.
